SHIPPING POLICY

How are your foods shipped?

We ship 2nd day air via the U.S. Postal Service in an insulated box with a minimum of one cold pack.

When do you ship?

Orders will be shipped Monday thru Wednesday so that your packages do not sit in warehouses over the weekend.

How long between placing my order and shipment?

Allow 3 to 4 days for processing your order. Our vegan and Gluten free foods are made fresh ensuring that you get the best product!

Once I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive the cheese?

  • Orders placed Monday should arrive Wednesday or Thursday.

  • Orders placed Tuesday should arrive Thursday or Friday.

  • Orders placed Wednesday should arrive Friday.

  • Orders placed Thursday-Sunday should arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

During the holiday season or other peak times, we may need additional days to process your order and regular shipping timelines may be adjusted to avoid UPS holidays.

What are your shipping rates?

As we send everything perishable for expedited delivery, shipping and  packaging  is one of our biggest expenses. We do our best to absorb some of these costs, and keep the price to you as low as possible.

We can not be responsible for the following:

Since food is a perishable item, we strongly advise making sure someone will be available to receive the shipment - this means letting gift recipients know to expect a perishable package.

We are not responsible for damaged or spoiled products due to the following:

•    Incorrect delivery addresses
•    Unopened shipments
•    Gifts to recipients who are out of town or unable to receive shipments

We will work with USPS to replace any product damaged as a result of a delayed shipment (e.g. inclement weather; mechanical failure).

 PRODUCT RELATED QUESTIONS

How can you call this "cheese?"

We use an aging and fermentation process similar to dairy cheese.

How should I expect the cheese to look on arrival?

It's normal for cheese to warm a bit in transit, even when traveling with an ice pack.

Upon arrival, the ice pack will have thawed but the cheese should still feel cool to the touch. Refrigerate as soon as you get your cheese and if it has become a bit soft in transit it will firm right up.

Shelf life and storage of your Vegan Gluten Free Cheese:

Once opened the cheese will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer unopened.  If you have purchased an extra cheese or don’t plan on consuming your cheeses within the two weeks, we recommend that you place them in the freezer.  When thawing your cheeses place in the fridge for 24 – 36 hours.

  • Although it is possible, for optimum flavor and appearance we do not recommend freezing the Camembert style, or the Blue Cheese

Shelf life and storage of your Gluten Free Vegan Bread:

Store bread in a sealed container or heavy-duty plastic bag in the refrigerator. This bread freezes well. Simply slice it before freezing, for easy removal of individual slices for toasting or serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Shelf life and storage of your Gluten Free Vegan Sauces:

This homemade ranch lasts for 14 days in the fridge.

Shelf life and storage of your Gluten Free Vegan Meats:
