Vesuvius is a soft ash- ripened vegan cheese. Each hand crafted pyramid features a distinctive ribbon of edible ash with a bloomy white rined. The texture is a smooth dence yet creamy cheese with a mild earthy flavor. This cheese is simular in taste to our Camembert, and makes a beautiful addition to your vegan cheese board.
