Our Truffle cheese has a creamy pliable texture with a mild earthy flavor that lets the truffles truly come through and shine. Besides the truffle flakes that are found inside, our cheese is rubbed with truffle oil, further intensifying the truffle aroma. We decorate the top with a tiny piece of Porcini mushroom. Serve this on a cheese platter, with polenta or risotto, or blended into mashed potatoes.
